For partners & trades
Build this with us.
A new way to build homes needs good people on the factory floor, on site and behind the drawings.

Where you might fit.

Ground-screw (helical pile) installers and crane operators who can set modules safely and precisely.
03
Engineers & consultants
Structural, code, fire, acoustic and energy professionals to review and refine the design.
04
Landowners & developers
Have a suitable site in Alberta? A courtyard-style community of stacked homes might fit.
05
Community & housing groups
Organizations that support attainable ownership and want to talk about collaboration.
06
Something else?
Not sure where you fit? Tell us anyway. We’d like to hear how you’d help.
What we build
A repeatable kit.
Homes are factory-built to CSA A277The Canadian standard for certifying buildings and modules built in a factory. An accredited third party checks the factory work., stacked two high around a courtyard, and set by crane onto ground screwsSteel foundation shafts with a spiral blade, also called helical piles. A machine twists them into the ground to firm soil. No concrete to pour or cure.. A full-scale prototype has already been built to test fit and finish.
